OK here's the deal. I have a 170 mercruiser with the Alpha one gen one out drive. I trashed the out-drive and picked up a Alpha one that was on a 228. I put it on today and took it out and when I hit the throttle the boat leaned very heavily to the left. I adjusted the trim fin all the way to the right and it seamed to straighten out a little. With the old out drive it ran true and straight. I board my neighbors pre alpha to take a trip up the Mississippi and even though the cavitation plate was busted in several places and the skag was busted in half it ran straight. This new alpha has had the skag welded and is a little rough and not straight. Could this cause the heavy leaning to the left?????? Any help and thoughts is very greatly appreciated. thanks in advance, Chris
