So I decided to remove my captains call and in the process of removing the y pipe, one of the bolts broke inside the hole... The bolt that broke is the upper left one. I was wondering if just using 3 bolts and sealing up with 4200 would be enough to seal up the stainless block off plate i want to use? Few people on my lake said it should hold no problem... but I always like hearing other opinions from you all...

Flip a coin. Heads it will seal, tails it won't.

I used to have a working crystal ball and could actually see the future, but since it cracked I'm just like everyone else and not able to see into the future.

fix it right- I forgot to order that seal one time I had the pipe off- I reused the old one which was a bit flat. leaked - and that is a miserable thing to try to troubleshoot with the engine in there. Sleep soundly at night knowing that your boat isn't sinking because of a shortcut.
