Alpha One exaust boot replacement

I tried to search for this topic I hope that I am not asking the same question as someone else. Does the lower unit have to be remove to change the exaust booton a 1985 Alpha one outdrive?

hgello<br /> no it does not. I did it once. never again. its to much faster and eaier to remove the drive buy the bellows expander and replace the boot. while your there its a good time to insect all the other things that require inspecting.<br /> good luck and keep posting

I'm with rodbolt, remove the drive to replace the bellows, or put a tube on it and forget about it, not that much noise and a lot less hassle......
