Alpha one stuck (will not spin in neutral)

I'm having an issue with my alpha one gen 2. I pulled the leg off the boat and the driveshaft will not turn in neutral. I tried to put it in gear by hand and nothing happens. I pulled the top cover off and the bearings are in tact and the oil is clean. Any idea?

what about whats in the lower unit?

Ditto Bt Doc. Problem in upper won't effect prop shaft in neutral. Problem in lower will.
