Alpha one transom steering clearance

Can someone tell me the correct dimensions for the steering arm clearance in the transom for an alpha one? I am putting in a new transom and need to cut the clearance holes.

Here's the template (it's says Volvo, but it's exactly the same as Alpha One). It has the specs for the steering arm cutouts.
