alpha1 gen2 hub issue

so i got this prop, doesnt look like what i took off, do i need to press this out and get different parts? is it clearly for another application? am i missing a part? the smooth sholder seems to have nothing to engauge the locking washer...its a solas aluminum prop.. the old part is in the picture for comparison..

Yeah, the old prop used the Flow Torq style hub (latest style) and the new one uses the old style. What you had was this:

What you need now is this:

Should be able to use your existing washer with the tabs and the nut of course. You still need the first part upper left. It's the thrust washer and it's VERY IMPORTANT

You should be able to pick it cheap locally, even some walmarts.
