Anchor lock / hand crank

My boat is a 20 foot Lund and I just picked up a 20 pound river anchor threw Cabela's .
I see scotty has a anchor rope lock ,but the add says only for small boats.
Is there anything else on the market for self locking unit or even a hand crank.

Your asking for something to hold the anchor locked in place hanging over the bow, or something else?

If you threw the anchor overboard, next time you should drop anchor. It holds much better that way.
