I changed my prop with a bigger pitch and now the prop blade comes 1/16 from touching the anode. Now my question is can i just use a grinder and take it down and if so how much clearence is needed?

Re: anodes

I would replace it with an anode that fits with the prop you are using. They're cheap and symmetrical where using a grinder would probably not result in it being symmetrical.

Re: anodes

Sure grind away if you want . . 1/4" should be fine . . .

there is an offset fin anode as well as a flat anode with no fin as alternatives.
