Anodes

Hello every one;
I was just thinking about ordering a new set of anodes for my Bravo II drive. I run/ slip in saltwater so I use aluminum anodes ( per MC) on the drive. Should I use aluminum anodes on the S/S trim tabs ??

I use a round 2" aluminum anode on my trim tabs and see no deterioration of the tabs; only the anodes as there should be.

Make absolutely sure your Mercathode is working properly!

I used the 3 or 4 inch on my tabs (sanding the tabs under the anodes first for the best connections) with the same results tabs were fine lasted 21 years and the anodes were always toast after just 4 months in the water.
