1988 Bayliner, 125HP outboard. Normally for my motor, at idle, I have a "robust" spray of warm h2o from exhaust holes at rear of leg. Although it's a bit tough to see while driving, I can see while skiing a steady "pour" coming from those two holes (obviously going at fair speed, i have no tach). Yesterday, while on the river, I had the opportunity to have someone else at the helm and I sat in back, and I noticed at WOT, "NO" h20 coming from the exhaust holes!!! I have not been apparently overheating, no alarms sound. I had the the helmsman drop to idle, and the spray was just like normal. Could I have normal operation at idle, and a problem at higher RPM?? What would be that issue? BTW, river has had some low spots, some trouble with sand bars and agitated sand as a result. Thanks for any ideas! Strike3
