Another Drowning

This may not be the proper forum for this but I had to pass this on to everyone as one of my biggest pet peeves is seeing people doing stupid things on the water. I live 4 houses from the lake were the drowmimg happened.

These are 2 seperate incedents on the same day on 2 serperate lakes in the same village!
