Another Force Question?????

Hello guys,<br />I have twin 89 125s force. The engine on the port side looks like the exhaust is not bubbling up like it used to. and when I run it it is noticable that theres more steam comimg from it, the water pump seems like it is pumping equal to the starboard engine.also if this even makes sense the feul bulb doesnt seem like it stays primmed but engine runs ok???? Thanks i know its hard to dianose such a weird problem.<br /> Mike

check compression soon. These engines have a problem with the gasket on the exaust port cover. But water on the plugs or poor compression will tell you whether this is a possability.

reel, the absolute HARDEST thing anyone asks me to do is make their twin motors run the same............they never do for long, you have to treat every motor as an individual, comparisons to its mate will only keep you up at night...kinda like a wife!

And, from my limitted experiance with twins, ODDD1 is sure right! I tried to adjust the throttles on a pair of mercs,and never DID it it perfect. Seems as soon as I'd adjust one,the other was off. I finally told the guy to put-up with the miss-matched positions at the throttle,and pay attention to the tachs.
