Check out another video I made on the mc365. Got a shorter seat pedestal and put an extension on my tiller which let's me move the seat up and the performance is greatly improved. Now it's time to start looking into the over transom splash. I think as far as getting on a plane and speed it's about as good as it's going to get and meets the expectations I had when I purchased everything!

About 20 min to get in the water..... Getting out varies but usually about 45 min to breakdown, rinse/clean, and pack up. Shorter if I was in fresh water. I found it quicker to pull up to the docks, put the wheels down, then unload everything while boat in water, even motor. Then I pull the boat out, flip it so it can dry out and then clean/load everything else. Every three or four outings I bring it home, partially inflate and throughout clean, especially under the floor
