Another piston/compression problem

I only had 105 psi compression on the top right cylinder (as opposed to 120 on the other bank and 135 on the cylinder below) so I pulled the head and the cylinders look perfect but I noticed these two odd shapes on the piston. I am not sure what I should do now. Could this make it through a season or is it doomed? Any ideas what may have caused this?

Looks like piston has rolled a dowel pin or roller in upper bearing has spalled/chipped and dropped into cylinder....

If it was my mtr I'd tear it down and find out what is wrong. If you don't you may have more damage.
