Another Prop Question sizing

We have a 1992 Four Winns 220 Horizon with a 5.8 Cobra I am wanting to change to a stainless steel prop but don't know what size or what pitch to get or where? I am not looking for speed but looking for getting people out of the water better skiing.

for water-sports, you may want drop down a few inches in pitch for the hole-shot if pulling multiple people
