I bought a 78' 17foot silverline with the 470 mercruiser. These are the numbers taken from the side of the prop 48 78120 A40L 19P. I'm guessing that's the part number but the last sequence is the pitch. My prop is pretty worn out, I've taken it out a few times with the bad prop and I run about 37mph with two people. I don't know if the prop can be rebuilt or if I should buy a new one. The last time I took it out, I piece of seaweed was stuck in the edge of a blade, I pulled it out and a chunk of the prop came with it. I'm not going to keep the boat long so I don't want to go stainless. Anyway, what numbers would I need to tell the salesperson to match the prop. Thanks in advance!
