Another tilt/trim question.

I was replacing my cylinder on my tilt and trim. While taking it apart I noticed I did not make a note where this particular part went. I'm in the process of putting it back together and don't want to mess up now. Motor is a 1999 120 force. Sorry for the rookie mistake and another tilt question. Cheers!:fish2:

Not sure, maybe jerryjerry05 will have a better idea, but I'm seeing maybe 2 possibilities. One is on the pump and other on the cylinder

All dodge, Judging by that diagram. This particular part came from the cylinder. This narrows the hunt down!

From the shape?? it looks like something that when put in place it stops another part from turning??
From the looks of it, it doesn't look like an internal part.

Myself, I haven't done anything other than replace the electric motor on the newer style.

You sure it came from your T@T ??
