You folks down-under have all the cool toys! <br /><br />Sealegs are motorised, retractable and steerable boat wheels which are fitted to a customised 5.6m Rigid Inflatable boat.<br /><br />

Interesting - Only $69,000.00 for an 18' boat!!!<br />Not in my lifetime thank you very much.<br /><br />Oh - - Don't forget the $3,500.00 for shipping and handling which does not include port charges etc.

I wounder how that thing handles with that big wheel on the front of it?<br /> Also $85,000.00 is what I paid for my house (worth a lot more today). Don't think the wife will go for it.

Makes me think of the SeaCamper houseboats that were around in the 70s.<br /><br />If I recall correctly they had retractible wheels and a removable tongue for towing.<br /><br />They didn't cost anything like that price, though.
