1987 Marathon 22' Boat. Hull,trandsom , floor ,carpet in Great Shape ! Has running 3.7 POWERFULL 4cyl . Alpha outdrive , stainless prop . 50-55 on water .Cuddy is in good shape , Back seat & tanning deck alittle dry rot . It does need clean ing and some interior work . This is an ad on the local craigs list. I checked NADA and the boat weighs 3300#. With a 165hp 4 cylinder I/O they state it will go 50-55 on the water, yeah right.
What do you think, maybe it was 50-55 feet per hour instead of miles per hour. Some poor sap will buy this and actually think it will go that fast.
