Another what year.. For 2 Johnsons

I have two Johnson outboards.<br /><br />One is a 4 HP and the Model is 4W74R. I am assuming it is a 1974.<br /><br />The other is a mid 80's 70 HP. Model # on that one is J70TLCRD.<br /><br />Thanks in advance for any info.. <br /><br />Jeff

4W74R a 1976? I think it is a 1974. <br /><br />What do I not know?
