Most Americans will have no idea what I'm talking about since Aroliners were built in St. Bonifice Manitoba from the mid '40s up until some time in the 90's when they folded. They were reportedly the first aircraft aluminum riveted boats in the world but that's probably not true. Regardless, they were well built and had a distinctive look. If you were lucky enough you got one with the machine turned hull. The Convaire model that I purchased this spring is unfortunately painted and I have no idea what vintage it is. I like the open cab with the optional side steering wheel and it's rated for 85hp which is good because the '69 55 OMC is giving me nothing but grief.

Here's mine as delivered. The paint actually came up pretty good with some elbow grease.
