I have a monster tower and my boat and would like to get a bimini. The one from monster tower is $495 which is just stupid to be that expensive.

I think the short 30-36" ones would probably fit beatifully under the tower but I wonder if anyone has tried this?

The monster tower goes up and down. So I guess your plan is to put up the tower, and then the bimini. Doesn't sound so bad really. As long as you check all of the dimensions it should work. Some biminis are made to attach to the towers which is kind of cool but the prices are going to be higher. I'm no expert here and I'm interested in what others have to say too.

With the tower always up that makes it a lot easier to install a bimini. Check the overall dimensions of possible biminis to make sure it won't need space already taken by the tower and other objects. I would also check on how practical the short bimini is for your crew. You can see how much head room there is or isn't and if that would be a problem or not. Biminis are sure nice though - much better than roasting out in the sun. Plus, with the sun out of your eyes, visibility is much better and thus safety is increased.

I currently have a bimini that snaps to my front windshield. It fits under the tower fine but I dont like the windshield connecting ones. You cant see anything.

I have a bimini that is independent from both the windsheild and my tower, fits right under the tower. In fact when I pull any one with the tower, I have to unzip the back portion of my bimini and roll it up so the wakeboard rope is clear. Don't know how much the bimini was, came on the boat, but I do know how much my tower was.

Not familiar with the monster tower, mine is fixed, but I remove it when I store my boat for winter.

I would Imagine my bimini would at least be $500.00 or so to replace, it's quite nice.
