Any experience with Costco batteries?

Does anyone have any experience with Costco/ Kirkland batteries? Anyone know who makes them so I can do a comparison?

I have them in my boat. Very good so far for 4 1/2 years.

Which batteries (specifically)? I just put one in my daughters Olds Intrigue. As an afterthought I thought it was a little pricey. Are you talking about a car battery, a deep cycle marine battery, or an AGM type?

I used them for many years but my deep cycle is from Cosco back when they were Price club and sold Delco Deep Cycle Voyager.
I use them in my cars also. I do not see how you can go wrong.
3 year free replacement and 100 month pro rated on the starting batteries.

I believe battery life has very little to do with brand and everything to do with how you charge them.
It seem to me people who have trouble with one brand have trouble with every brand.
Most important is to fully charge the batteries as soon as possible.
Never leave a battery discharged until getting ready for the next trip.
The longer a battery if left without a full recharge the shorter it life will be.
Since all batteries self discharge this means must be charged even when have not been used.
In summer this means charge once a month weather used or not.
Winter charge ever 3 month and they will last a long time.
I have never had a battery that did not last at least 6 years.

I used to have a page marked, but just checked and can not find it now. I am thinking it was JOHNSON CONTROLS. There really are not that many companies that make batteries, just like oil filters. I have used Kirkland batteries and have not had any problems.

I'm also a big Costco fan.

From an Internet search, the popular belief is that Johnson Controls does indeed make the kirkland battery. I'll be looking at them for a starter and 2 hybrid/ deep cycle for trolling.
