any experience with Preforms for stringer replacement?

Replacing all stringers on my 1981 sea ray srv 255. Has anyone used Preforms? Their web site describes their products, but gives no guidance as to number and size needed (since i would not be replacing stringers identical to the originals)?

no experince with preform stringers......but with the cost of wood or even a glassed over foam shape....i dont think i could justify the cost.

if you click the link in my thread......the candidate boat is a srv 190...

full stringer layout with a motor cage, and all the glassing instructions you would ever need.

erik green also has a 220 cuddy that he did.....hit search on that one
