Any help or suggestions, RESTORE PROJECT 54 Endura Craft, Monterey

I recently became the owner of a 54 Endura Craft, Monterey. The previous owner has lovingly performed most of the work. I would like to finish off the job by building and re- fitting her to as close to original as possible.
