any ideas besides more batteries?

I just picked up a 17 ft. deep V that currently has like a 28lb thrust f/c motor guide on it, I don't know why anybody would put such a small troller on a boat cuz this thing is about useless in any kind of wind. I have a 24v power drive that i would like to use but with this boat allready having 2 batteries on 1 side and a gas tank on the other , it makes it kinda tuff , it already lists a little to the side with the batteries with just me in the boat , since they are on the drivers side.<br /><br /><br />any ideas<br />thnx<br />mark

Sell or trade your 24V PD for a 50 or 55# PD. They are 12V and will work fine for you. Probably not what you want to hear but other than adding another battery, you don't have much choice.
