Guys, how fast should my bass tracker tx17 with a 45hp mercury be going at wot? Trying to dial all this in. Still having issues with carbs I believe, it's wanting to have no power under load.

Depends on a lot of things, but if you want a number, how about 30mph if things are in order. Boat load and distribution of what load you have, hull condition----slick or slimed up, dented, hooked, engine rpms, gear ratio, height, prop slip, trim position if you have it, or engine tilt position, altitude, weather, cool and damp or hot and dry, on and on.
