Wondering if there are any 6.2L 430 hp owners out there and what you have for an emergency kit (filters, impellers, etc).
Mine is a 2021 VP 430CE FFD motivating a Crownline 265 SS Surf. It has not been wet yet as I just recently acquired it for our summer home in Idaho, but want to be all set for it's maiden voyage next summer.

Also, since I haven't put it in the water yet, love your thoughts on how it run, Videos on the water would be awesome. It's going to be a long winter waiting.

Filters and impellers same across the VP V8s. I used to carry all sorts of spare parts, filters, impellers, etc and the tools required. I now just keep a ditch bag ant tow boat US towing insurance

However since you have 200 yards of shallow water, suggest props and towing insurance in your emergency kit

Wow, You really just can't help yourself, can you? Sorry if you have boat envy or whatever is going on. I can't really figure out why several of you are so negative here and always have to make pejorative comments. I read a few other posts from some of you and they follow the same basic pattern. How about just try focusing on answering people's questions, otherwise, maybe don't say anything at all.

You may be thinking I have more money than brains, but I can assure you that regardless of which I have more of, I have more of both than most and very likely including you. So, just give it a break already. You're not the smartest guy on the block. I've been out of boating for almost 20 years and have some refresher questions. I'd really just appreciate it if you didn't answer any of them.
