Any problem with moving remote oil tank?

I have a 2007 Sea Pro 186DC with a Merc 150 EFI. It's got a remote oil tank up under the driver's console on the starboard side. Either the tank or the line have been leaking oil inside the console, and since that's where I keep my stuff when I go fishing, it's a problem.

I haven't been able to figure out the location of the leak, so I bought a new oil tank and line on ebay. The line is far shorter than what I had - about 6-8 feet as opposed to the 15+ feet running through the hull to the tank.

In the back of boat there are two lift-up style seatswith storage underneath. The starboard side came with the battery mounted there. I mounted another battery under the port side a few years ago for added security.

I've decided to move the port-side battery in with the starboard side battery - it's an extremely close fit but will work. I'm going to mount the new oil tank and line under the port-side seat. It will fit beautifully.

It seems like a no-brainer to do this, but I want to run it by you guys to see if I'm not taking something into account when I do this. Are there any problems you can foresee?

The setup is similar to the CC setup - imagine my tank starting out under the console and moving underneath the port-side seat.
