Anybody? Ever heard of Bushs' Best? ( OK I Confess)

Company is in Knoxville, TN. Edit-------->
After the conversation about the storms and Boxing Day and all and due to the fact that some of our elderly friends were relocated to an assisted living arrangement we are in possession of a lot of stores and products that are unfamiliar to us. It wouldn't have been so imperative except that we have been remodeling the kitchen and not all the storage space is available. (yet) I decided to get an early start on can donatiions for Christmas and came across the Bush beans. I paged Bubbacat as he says he is from TN. That page fell on deaf ears so I asked the general question. The rest is history. Incidently, in addition to the Pinto beans I found the larger can of Original Baked Beans. The ingredients are: White beans, water brown sugar, sugar, bacon, salt, cornstarch, mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seed salt tumaric, spices) onion powder, carmel color, spices garlic powder and natural flavor. The fact the maker of these beans and the President of the United States of America have the same name is purely coinidental. What these two entities produce may or may not be of comparison. I Thank You.

Why do you freakin' want to know for? You got a semi full you're trying to sell or what? As NoelMG said, they're yummy and are in fact pinto.

Because, my reactionery razorback, most baked beans are not pinto and mine are not baked. I am not particularly fond of baked beans and while I respect the opinion of others I am still allowed my own taste. Why do you ask? but not :intimidated:

Jeeze! They're just beanz, y'all. And they wern't even nominated to be a judge or anything. :)

I think Bush Bros make the best canned beanz in the world. I like both, but always "doctor" them with bobba-koo saws like "Baby Ray's honey barbeque sauce", about a few TBSPs per each big can, and seasoned to taste with Everglades seasoning.Nnnnnnnnnnnnnnummy stuff, but not very condusive to pleasant sleep or couch-sharing with Mrs 12Footer!
She seems to get mad at me the day after i make them

I think the common connection is Bush = flatulence.....You guys down under a'int supposed to get it......Just like the country that shares a 3,000 mile border doesn't know what Boxing Day is..IMHO...JK
