Here is a short article on Mr Pike and what he was doing in 1991.<br />"As the company developed, Mr. Pike pursued several areas of additional study and product development, among them customer service consulting and training and personality profiling. His work in sales training, with communication and negotiating skills as a foundation, provided the firm with a great deal of acclaim.
