anybody have problems with spark plugs stripping out on a chrysler???

i was runnin my 67' 105 chrysler today and i shot my number 4 plug out!

now, this is after i shot the number 3 spark plug out a couple weeks back and heli-coiled it, its holding fine but today shot number 4 out

i pulled the other two plugs out and number 2 has already been heli-coiled! number 1 is fine (so far)

anybody else had this problem???

humm no how tight are you putting them ? maybe a torque wrench is in store here to check tightness
