Anybody know what t his is off?

Found this item in my Bilge .... engine is a 2012 4.3 MPI Mercruiser ..... on Monterey 194FS
Is it off the engine, if so can you educate me as to where form ?

It's part of the wiring guide for the spark plug wires. It keeps the wires separated.

Any tips as to where it should be fitted ... or anybody got a pic of it in place?

Ayuh,... Just aft of the head, usually inside the exhaust, at the flywheel cover bolt is a wire bracket attached by said bolt, it slips down over that wire bracket,....
