<br />I started this about 15 years ago with a bunch of old wire and salmon gear of my real Dads, it was all tangled up together in an old tackle box and none of it had much if any use so I just hung it in the shed. Over the years if I find an old lure, or I dont use one anymore, or the hooks got rusty I just threw it on the pile.<br /><br />There is probably $100s of dollars hanging there. I had thought about putting it on Ebay once, but it has too much sentimental value now.

That is one heck of a mess LD! I would hang it in my garage, as an example of how NOT to store your lures!

Thats about where it is, the picture really doesnt show that it is hanging. Its in my fishing shed, hanging in the corner. There just as many on the other side.

Need to put a new skirt on the hula popper befour you pass them down to some kid. Come to think of it Im getting younger all the time, they would fit my collection nicely <br /> Has the wife seen that? Im not going to tell her that It would average $3 per lure, Im just gona ask her if she knows

See that purple Big "0" on the bottom left? I caught my first Bass with that lure. I had to have it and talked my step dad into buying it for me, It was a buck fifty right here at the local marina. I think I was about 14 at the time.

Yup I do! <br />But all of mine are mostly on the bottom of lakes and rivers

Looks cool as is but................split ring pliers, new hooks and a few off season weekends would do wonders for that collection.

Collector's items. Limited-Time made a good point about new hooks and a bit o' time. The way prices are now it looks like you have an expensive...what are those artsie things you hang from the ceiling? Oh...mobile. You have an expensive mobile.
