Anyone ever heard of an Aztec?

Going later today to take a look at a '69 Aztec cuddy 20.5'. I have never heard of this manufacturer, and was wondering if anyone out there has ever heard anything about them, or even owned one. Power is a 350 (I think he said a Chevy, but not sure) with a volvo outdrive. Thanks ahead for any input!

OK, been researching, and from what I can figure out, it's actually made by IMP. So, if you have experience with an old IMP, chime in!

Iola Moulded Plastics is what IMP stands for. They are out of Iola Kansas.
