What do you adhere with...contact cement????
Hoytheld, I went down to my local auto upholster, with an empty, clean gallon apple juice jug, and bought a gallon of bulk contact cement. Price about 15$
I then used one of these to apply it. Although the glue looks pretty thick, it sprayed beautifully. I had masked all the sides up but didn't even need to do that. It was extra neat.

I carefully fitted and cut the flooring then folded it in about 4 sections. I placed the folded material in mid floor so that as I unfolded it, it would lay in it's proper place. I sprayed the flooring then sprayed the floor in the same dimension as my fold. I had my son and wife hold the edges of the material in the air as I unfolded it and began to press it to the floor from the center out.
I repeated this for the second fold then turned around and laid the rear two folds.
If you have to have any seams or your edges are not concealed, as are mine, I would get some 2 part vinyl floor adhesive to apply to the first two inches at the seams or the edges.
Bob, when I ordered my flooring, they would not ship the glue. They claimed that it was classified as hazardous and cost too much to ship.
Thanks for the comment Studly. This floor has been on one crabbing trip now, with 5 Boy Scouts running around pulling up sand and seawead with the traps. When yer done, just hose it out.
I'm gonna lay that stuff, in a different color, in my 'new' Beachcraft. It has that horrible plastic carpet in it and it is full of sand.
