I think it is called a "SEA BREACHER" It's claim to fame is a working blowhole. No need for compressed air for breathing or carbed engine. It sufaces as needed to take on fresh air. "This is from memory",,have not read about this for some time. google search!

I saw that on Beyond 2000 years ago. It looked fun but witht he limited usefulness and high cost I recall thinking they wouldn't sell too many of them.
