Anyone know where to get an Owners manual for an Evinrude 140 VRO 1989 at no charge?

I'm looking for an owners manual for an Evinrude 140 VRO BE140TLCEB.

I saw one on ebay in the US, but they want $42 for it!

Not sure why the manufacturer wouldn't just have them available for download...

If you ever wanted to know everything about your engine, that $42 dollar factory shop manual would be the best money you ever spent. Honestly! Everything you could possible want to know, even theory of operation, is in those factory shop manuals. The best investment you will make. The number of times my factory shop engine manual goes with me to the shop and just reading through it is amazing. JMHO
