I have a small crack on the top cap of my boat. It seems like most fiberglass shops are a couple months out which puts it into or close to boat season. Has anyone just used a small about of epoxy to hold it over until the fall so you don’t miss boating? Pic of the crack for reference.

Stress crack, but don't see it getting much worst. It might get a bit worst, but from what I can see, don't think there is enough to cause anything to worry about.

Probably going to need to add glass mat behind it to make it a bit stiffer. Then the top can be re-gelcoated

Ayuh,.... Not quite the same, But,......

I've done permanent repairs to a hull painted bright white, with white Marine-Tex, with very good results,.....
A perfect color match,....

If yer hull is an off-white, it'll be visible,.....
'n as AD says, until the under lying cause is fixed, it'll no doubt come back,....
