Approximate Boat weight

I have a 14.5 foot trihull with about a 5 foot beam. I suspect the foam under the floor is waterlogged due to it's age (1969)and the boat seems heavy to me. The floor is glassed in, so It will have to be cut open to inspect the inner guts. What should the approximate weight be without the motor? I would like to weigh it first before surgery.
Thanks

Re: Approximate Boat weight

Bill, without knowing the exact boat there is no way to know. also, being a 69 doubt that we could find it anyway. what is do is using a hole saw with a drill motor, cut a couple of holes, save the plugs, i take a piece of pvc pipe, on the end i cut little teeth, and twist it into the foam. then push the core out of the pipe. wet, start cutting, not patch up the hole.
