New to me 1985 Bayliner with the Volvo AQ 125 and wondering which online manual is best. I have heard some that Seloc may have more specific details but Clymer also has the online manual. Got the boat for next to nothing as the timing belt broke on previous owner and in the attempt to replace somehow broke the front cover or sealing flange I guess it how it is described. Doesnt look like this will be a very easy part to find so any help would be appreciated. I am also wondering what type of puller is used to remove the lower crank balancer and pulley in hopes of finding and replacing the cover. The cover is broken completely in half, not sure if aluminum welding would work as I assume the cover is aluminum.

appreciate and help or guidance

Re: AQ 125 assistance

That sealing flange is still available, probably because it's the same as the automotive version.
The PN is 1336761. A trip to Google will give you a lot of options.

You don't want either Clymer or Seloc, all they do is condense the info and make mistakes in the info they do give. Here is a link to download the OEM manual. http://www.4shared.com/file/89797330/b32e5bf9/AQ125145_AB_Service_Manual.html
