Aq-125a head swap with 240 car.

I have a Aq-125a. The number 4 exhaust port on the head is burnt out really bad and the head needs to be replaced. Marine heads on ebay are really overpriced in my opinion (300 for a head and cam). Does anyone know if the 240 car head will fit the Aq-125a? I pulled one from the junk yard the other day and they look the same. The one from the car is fuel injected, but I plan on plugging the injection ports and putting on my carbureted intake manifold. Is this going to be a simple swap or am I going to run into problems?
Thanks
Jon

Marine heads have heavier valve springs because they are ran at full throttle more than automotive. You may be taking a chance if you don't replace them.

I know it has been a while but I wanted to complete this thread. I swapped the head from a volvo 240 dl. Ran into a few problems. The car head was fuel injected so I had to braze the ports closed. I also had to file down a weld that prevented the intake manifold from seating correctly. Even thought I am pretty sure that the cams were the same I re-used the boat's cam. I also had to plug a couple of holes in the head that were for a smog sensor and the heater core. I have had the boat out several times since I finished and it seems to run good as new!
