Aq125 coolant level rising

This is my first posting here so hopefully it goes well. I have a Volvo-Penta Aq-125. The coolant slowly overflows every time I run the boat, even before the engine warms up. However, rather that the coolant level slowly dropping, it stays completely full. There is no oil in the coolant, nor any coolant in the oil. Also, the green color of the coolant is slowly getting more clear. So it seems that at some place the coolant and raw water are mixing. Is there any place that this can occur other than the heat exchanger? Also, is it possible for a radiator shop to repair the heat exchanger core (if this is indeed where there is a leak)? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Jon

Re: Aq125 coolant level rising

Sounds like time for a cooling system pressure test. Speaking in generic terms since I'm not familiar with your AQ, if you have a power steering cooler - Add that to the list of usual suspects. A pressure test will ID the culprit.

Welcome aboard.

i would think that the heat exchanger is leaking. tear it out and have a rad shop inspect it for you.

Like the others suggest. The insert's probably leaking.
You run in salt or fresh(profile, location)?
It's possible to braze or weld the insert if it's cracked on the edges.
Be careful when buying used.
There was one advertized on E-bay.
It was said to be "Tested" It was tested for leaks not flow.
There was a post a couple of days ago and someone posted a pic of a homade exchanger.
Look it up.

Re: Aq125 coolant level rising

Boat has been run in salt water its whole life. I am going to tear out the heat exchanger and get it pressure tested. If its the core hopefully it can be braised. Will update when I get it fixed.
Thanks
