Aq130 C Prop Slipping

I have this boat it has not been ran in 10 years, I changed all fuel related products and took her out on the water today to give it a test, the engine ran good but when you would get up to about 3000RPMS it starts slipping it will rev all the way up to 5000 Rpms but it is still not going any faster. Can anyone tell me what might be wrong or what I need to do?

Could be the prop, but at 3000 when it starts, I would suspect drive slipping.
Have you checked the gear lube lately? Is the oil milky? (water in it)
