AQ171/AQ151: Looking for torque value, oil cooler mounting flange toward engine block

AQ171C, or VP 251DOHC (but same assembly is found on AQ151 or VP 250 as well).

Does anyone have the the torque spec for the large 29 mm nut that holds the oil cooler mounting flange to the engine block?

I have the factory manual but have not been able to find that information there.

Appreciate any input.
