Can anyone tell me if its possible for my '88 Sun runner 210 to be leaking water from the bottom of the block? When I run it I get water flowing from ( best that I can tell) a "bolt"(?) In the front engine mount area. Unfortunately, I cannot get my head down there without pulling off the exhaust manifold, which in turn disables the engine because the alternator is partially mounted to the manifold. I need the engine to run to pinpoint the leak. So is it possible to be leaking from that area #1. And #2...any ideas on how to locate the leak would be appreciated. Thanks In Advance!!!

Get hold of a digital camera and take lots of pictures in the area you can't get your head.

I thought of that or a mirror. Problem is water sprays all over and would damage the camera. And in the case of a mirror which I tried the mirror gets wet too quickly and I can't see anything. I would imagine even if I got one of those water proof throw away cams the lens would still get wet too quickly to get a good look at it. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Shut the engine and water off and take some pictures in the area of the leak. Then maybe you or we can spot the problem.

OK. I'll give it a shot. I'm not sure how to post pictures on here, (noob) but I will see what I can do. I've read about drain plugs or freeze plugs online but info is scarce.
