Aqua Patio w/a 2004 75hp Yamaha outboard no power

Hello, I am hoping someone maybe be able to help me out. I have owned for many years and I have never had an issues with it. The battery is fully charged and I have power to my lights/accessories but when I turn the key nothing happens and the power trim is not working. The boat does not have a battery switch. In the past, when I turned the key to “on position” the console gauges would flicker with power but Now nothing happens. I have checked the fuses at the engine and at the battery, all appear to be good. Any thoughts or ideas are much appreciated! Thank you.

start with checking the kill switch.
Check the ignition switch.
Check neutral.
When I say check, I mean do a good examination of connections. Using a DM for current checks.
From there, you'll need to begin tracing back to see where the break/problem is. Or start at the battery.

my initial guess is a corroded connection somewhere.
