Are OMC & Mercruiser props interchangable?

I have a 1992 4.3L with an Alpha 1 Generation II drive. I found a guy on Craigslist that has a prop, but it's off an OMC. Will it fit a Merc? Thanks.

OMC props will work on like-spline Mercs (15 spline) but Merc will not work on OMC/BRP without reaming the splines 3/4"+ taper.
This is fixed hub....flo-torqs will work on either.
The OMC prop may require a different thrust washer as well....we change out all the time.
