I talked to Pettit about their Easypoxy and Interlux about their Brightside one part polyurethanes and did not get reassuring feed back. Does anyone know first hand how this stuff holds up to gas and oil spills?

They are all "resistant" but no one will warranty them. It all depends on how the finish is treated. If gas and oil is left on them..... you can get staining and possible peeling if they are not properly applied with proper prep. The answer is easy..... wipe up your spills and rinse the area. The finish should last you quite a long time.
