Are these stock switches water tight?

Good morning friends. I went and replaced all my resettable breakers on my dash. Some had broken so i replaced all with nicer metal shafted ones. I will be placing a gasket under the metal plate that houses all the switches because there was a wooden shelf on the underside of the dash that held the stereo that obviously got wet and rotted out.

My question is are the stock toggles and switches on the top row of the dash pictured water tight?

I bought the new breakers with an optional boot that keeps those dry.

I doubt it. They look like plain automotive aftermarket types. Water tight toggles will have a rubber boot over the toggles. Water resistant won't have the boot but will be marine quality. When it comes to marine, NOTHING is forever "water tight".

thats a true quote. its better to buy new switchs with boots in a set as there are metric and imperial sizes i know i always end up buying the wrong size.
